  5. Lovely pictures...Lets have more.
I am getting a wricked neck!! Could you post them the right way up, please!
"The volunteers house" is like Leopards den (for those who watch ITV Sunday nights!)
    "Me and Katie"...What a poser!(You, not Katie).
"Cœur de Palmier" wouldn't fit in the tins you get at Auchan.
"Puyo". Is it still being built?
"Shelly" Looks like she is on the same diet as Sofia.
"Dollis and Reina". This is child labour! When do they go to school?
    Bisous.

It's Lara here. Wow what an amazing adventure so far! I love the picture of the 'storm coming'- incredible! I remember the storms when I was in Chang Mai jungle- they were so exciting and loud and felt so so powerful! How long are you volunteering for? Your posts have been really interesting and inspiring to read- reminds me that there is a big, wide and wonderful world out there! Thinking of u and sending u massive hugs, Lara xxxx

P.s Dad says ''hello, hope your having a great time and don't forget my stick of rock''

  9. @ sophia/gyptian/ksenia..thank you for your comment xxx

@ emma.. i have no idea what the insect was but it was so weird! i was weaving the leaves of the pàlms together. and then they layer them and use them on the roof.
Dont worry i am a pro with the machete!!!

    @ papa
hahah no they wouldnt fit in the tins we buy from auchan!
puyo is really ugly and we only use it for internet and laundry. theres not really much to do here except pass through to get to the jungle and other places.
The children went back to school on monday, they were on holiday for 1 month. no its not child labor, they were going to Pitirishka the town close to arutam to visit their aunty. They walk through the jungle without any problem because they know it so well and are so used to it. The youngest, Reina, caught a dragon fly and was holding it and feeding it and she also caught this bug with a massive pincher thing on its head. they are so used to the forest just like we are used to the city.

@ RIMMM tu mas mánque! comment cava? yup i mam having loads of fun and i wish u were here too it would be amazing!!! miss u lotttsssss.. email me please et racontes moi ce qui se passe a londres! xxxxx

@ lara the storms really are impressive! yesterday the sky and everything around us was purple! then it turned black so fast and the lightning started. when the lightening strikes it lights up the whole landscape ! its insane!
i leave the volunteer place on tuesday the 8th. then i travel around south and central america.
what is this stick of rock your talking about ??
